Refund policy

At VAYLIORA, we want every order to be handled clearly and fairly.

Order Availability

Our products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers. Although we work to keep product availability accurate, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If the original supplier is unable to fulfill an order, VAYLIORA may attempt to locate an alternative supplier for the same product.

If we are unable to secure fulfillment within 2 days after determining that the product is unavailable, the affected order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a full refund for the unavailable item.

Customers will not be charged for an item that VAYLIORA cannot fulfill.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, the customer should contact VAYLIORA as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and, when appropriate, photographs showing the problem.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not currently offer a general 30-day change-of-mind return guarantee.

Customers should contact us before attempting to return any product. Products sent back without prior instructions may not be accepted.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Customers should contact VAYLIORA as soon as possible if they need to request an order cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment or shipment has begun.
